The Corsac® Vox systems have been designed for recording appointments, discussions, meetings, conferences enabling the user to record the content and statements of participants that can be of formal, legal or organizational significance. Such meetings include business meetings (investor, board, advisory and consulting meetings), meetings of supervisory boards, bodies of local authorities as well as legal or organizational appointments.
With its multi-level, automatic archiving functionality and secure and reliable access to recordings (local or web-browser) for authorized users, the Corsac® Vox system ensures multilevel database security. The database server also records which of the users accessed it to play the recordings back and when the recoding was played.
Conversations recorded by using microphones are automatically transmitted over an IP network to a central data server. The recording database can be located in any place within the user's storage resources, provided they can be accessed through a LAN/WAN or the Internet.
In the recording process, omni-directional surface microphones can be used to record all ambient sounds (Radius 360 ˚). Some of them (ME-33) can be connected to one other i.e. up to 6 microphones in a stereo system or 3 - in a mono system.
With this setup, the system allows the central data server to collect recordings from different locations (different locations).
